You can also spend intel to Boost infiltration if you need a larger team or can't infiltrate a smaller team in time and really want to do the mission. It is often better to drop a soldier to get to 100% infiltration than it is to under-infiltrate. If the mission expires in 5 days but the team will take 6 days to get to 100%, then they won't be able to fully infiltrate and the mission will contain more and stronger enemies. Missions give all kinds of rewards and train up your soldiers. Supply is tempting but I promise you Intel is almost always a superior choice (except for liberated regions). Use recruit to search for new rookies (who must be hired), new haven personnel and (rarely) scientists or engineers. Use supply to gather supplies for your monthly drop. Haven jobs: each haven has resistance personnel who can either be on intel, supply or recruit. The biggest ones are haven jobs, infiltration and yellow alert. Make sure you understand the new mechanics. In the OTS prioritize getting Vulture as soon as possible.
